While the video isn’t of a heroic kill, the kill itself is very clean. We move from side to side during various elements of the fight to practice positioning for heroic as we have had the chance to put in a few nights of attempts. This also happens to be the same fight which prompted the loot drama post. Hope you enjoy the video. Questions or comments about the encounter, feel free to leave them in the comments. From my outsider point of view the GM Warrior is either liar or incompetent member of Loot Council
Why incompetent Loot council member? Because he suggested BiS ArP trinket for a hunter sporting less than 500 ArP. Sure, if you want to get to ArP cap, you have to begin somewhere but you dont begin with BiS Arp trinket that would easily take others to ArP cap while you can collect your ArP gear that others already have. Even bigger flaw to his competence is: YOU ARE SURVIVAL HUNTER!!!! Or at least you raid as Survival. There are 7 raiding specs (Blood and Frost DK, Feral, Marksman, Combat, Fury and Arms) that are better at dealing physical damage at 25HM gear level. Why would a competent Loot council member want to give this trinket to a SV hunter?
Maybe he didnt want to, maybe he just was defending himself and told you the first stupid thing that came on his mind – “I wanted to give it to you”. You guessed it – that is why he is a liar
To be fair, I don’t generally raid as Survival. I keep it as an off-spec for 10-mans or when we need another person providing Replenishment. Both my specs are PvE-oriented at the moment since I haven’t been PvPing at all.
It just so happens that during this recording, we were short a few of our regulars and thus they asked for me to provide another source of Replenishment. Which I did. As you stated, I am <500 passive ArP currently so still gemmed for Agility (even though BiS Survival, according to EJ, still gems ArP following the game rules about when to do so).

Nah, I’ve been raiding. Just a bit behind the curve. 11/12 ICC Heroic at the moment. Though I think LK is a ways off.
