I know for the past couple weeks you have been bombarded with videos from our Ulduar boss kills. Some people may love the videos, some might want some actual written content. Just as a heads up I am not making these videos as a cop-out for not writing anything. :)
It’s been a real blast making the videos, if for nothing else but letting me get back into some software I love and playing around.
I am going to make a few changes around here over the next couple days, hopefully for the better. There is some re-design being done on the site to make it a little expandable in the future. Fear not all your feed readers, as I will always fully syndicate all my posts.
I also started a little project last night, if you can call it a project, that I am excited to show people in the next day or so as well. So while the videos have been taking the place of lengthy posts, there has definitely been stuff going on in the background.

oh btw, can someone post in the us forums and ask if they are ok with current dps balance in pve? most stuff i read is about pvp which i really dont care about but what i see is that some classes (druids dks for example) doing a shitload of dmg in our raids which is good for progression, the more dmg the better but if that is intended.
I’ve loved the videos, as well as the music choices. Such a relief to watch WoW videos without some Euro/techno/house crap behind it, but music that is actually listenable and matches the fight.
Inspired me to start making some of my own. Keep up the awesome work.

The videos are cool, and help to show how the mechanics of many fights work so no problem with them. Personally though I like your articals more so please feel free to bring them back :P
Maybe with the recent changes, and all the Armor Penetration on Ulduar gear, it would be a good time to revisit your previous artical and rate Hit, Agility, Crit and Armor Penetration?

@Kord The ArP topic is definitely one I am working on. With exact mechanics released and the changes to it, it is definitely going to be re-visited. I plan on finishing that article after the new changes roll out.

I’m going to start using Shandara’s spreadsheet to check for upgrades etc, as http://www.maxdps.com seems to conflict with it too much. I hate rolling and winning gear from my fellow guildies and then finding out that actually my DPS has gone down when it’s equipped, but also smart when I decide to leave it and then find out it would be a major upgrade for me.
Getting a better idea on ArP would help me roll on the right gear.
@Kord From the best I can tell, maxdps.com is only calculating what it thinks is the best choices as a BM Hunter, hence it’s heavy emphasis on ArP currently.
Since you were sort of asking, what I'd like to have in the videos is commentary instead of music. Finding boss fights set to music is trivial; just fire up youtube.
But if you you posted boss fight videos where you did a voice over (recorded after the fight, of course) where you explained the fight with particular emphasis on things that hunters need to know about the fight, you'd really be providing a service to the hunter community that I don't think anyone else is doing right now.
I do plan on doing some of these videos again with commentary and instruction. These were just the videos of our first kills so the fight was still pretty new to me. Count on more strategy and tactic videos once I feel I have mastered the fights enough.
