		<description>So if I am correct and plz tell me if I am wrong: So with the changes in the new bm talent pet tree you can possibly get a 48% ap increase to your pet? 
If that is the case then I would rather play my pet as my main, make my hunter the pet instead. Seems like the pet will end up doing more damage then the hunter!  lol.</description>

		<description>@Shmii There was a small window where I was able to shoot at the target dummy the other morning before the crashes started. And it most definitely felt like the proc rate was ridiculously low. Especially since the cooldown is longer than the duration you will always have a 15 second window where neither your trap or Black Arrow are on the target until they add the refreshing nature of Explosive Shot.</description>

		<description>With LnL only proccing on pereodic damage from black arrow and immolation trap and the changing of frost trap mechanics it seems pretty useless for PvE right now.  

Once they implement trap launcher(assumeing this doesn&#039;t get added to the soon to be added list too) and make ES refresh the immolation dot I&#039;ll be more than happy to throw three points back into that talent but I can&#039;t help think that as it sits on the PTR right now LnL is a waste of three points..</description>

When I come back from dinner I&#039;ll probably sit down and take a look at the numbers for LnL procs as it is right now. I think removing the Serpent Sting chance was a bad idea, if that percentage were buffed then it could have yielded a mana efficient option for MM as well as SV.

I read from one poster on the PTR that it proc&#039;ed once in a 5 min timespan and that just seems off to me. Even if you take Resourcefulness it sounds strangely low.

LnL clearly took a nerf though. Bosses will no longer have a guaranteed chance to proc, and with a dismal chance to proc from Immo / Black Arrow while it&#039;s up for 50 - 62.5% of the time, I feel like it&#039;s in definite need of a buff. Specifically bring back the Serpent Sting portion, buff the proc chance from DoTs and have SrS and Black Arrow be tied together somehow, maybe cause one to overwrite the other, trigger a CD of the other, etc. To keep SV interested in using Black Arrow, cause it to buff Explosive Shot or Multi-Shot and Aimed Shot in some way shape or form while it&#039;s up. Course it would require a little re balancing of damage done by Black Arrow to account for the 6% damage increase and increase in damage done by the SV portion.

I&#039;m not sure if it would be possible to buff MM&#039;s usage of this talent and keep the modifications within this talent solely and in turn not buffing SV&#039;s DPS more than MM&#039;s, it would most likely require a change within the MM tree. Efficiency is due for a buff, either bring it to 15%+ mana reduction (3/6/9/12/15) or cause it to increase the chance for LnL procs from the applicable DoTs by 5%. Or some combination of the ideas listed prior.

I should point out that I still don&#039;t see a trainer with a new rank of Black Arrow, despite any claims of ranks 2-6 being on them.

To Parallelism, the 6% bit with the hunter and Black Arrow is -not taken- by the hunter, but dealt by the hunter only to the target with the debuff. Just to clarify any miscommunication there. Meaning it&#039;s even stronger in PvP and PvE.

Resourcefulness is effecting Black Arrow, it brought me from 302 mana to 181 with 2/3 in Resourcefulness.

First impression of the PTR is that SV is even more confusing that it was on live. It feels like there&#039;s a lot more CD&#039;s to be watching and what procs when. Maybe once I get settled in, fix my UI up to be more friendly, and grab the addons I rely off of, I can start to actually test these things reliably. This is just a first impression however, an impression that&#039;s in between client crashes and hasty action bar fixes.</description>
