Well after an unexcited evening for the WoW Servers, they finally came back online late into the evening. I made it a point to log on and high-tail it over to the Undercity Zeppelin Tower in anticipation for my flight to Northrend. Yup, I am going to start my questing out in the Howling Fjord. It was prettier than Borean Tundra. > >
I saw this post over at The Stoic Guardian which is definitely worth a look. It’s a nice overview of reputation items available from Northrend factions. The Hunter list is after the Paladin stuff. Oh, and try clicking on “this post” to see if the new Lytebox (not Lightbox) loads it properly. It is suppose to be able to load HTML as well as images, not to mention the total script size is a lot smaller so you guys should see an improvement in load speed.
I am also going to try some of my CSS classes here real quick as well. Just to see if they are all working. Intense Debate got back to me and they currently have a copy of my template to try and fix it so the comments on the main page are connected to their system rather than default Blogger.
Matticus has decided to take matters in his own hands for Wrath of the Lich King and is forming his own raiding guild. He has a great post talking about what he is looking for, his thoughts on the process, and what not. If I were still playing Alliance I would hop over there with barely a second thought. You know, if he would have me of course. :) Lassirra is transferring over to join Matticus in his endeavor.
This is a raiding guild, first and foremost. While I like PvP like any other player would, my heart belongs in the PvE world. We will tackle farm content at times, but the moment I feel we are capable of “jumping the curb” (as Guy Kawasaki puts it), I will not hesitate to make that leap.
So right here we are going to try and use my CSS defined pullquotes, rather than pasting HTML every time I want to do it.
It shows his head in the right place and it is to make sure my blockquotes work. :) The only problem with so many CSS definitions is that, one, it’s a lot of CSS. Which isn’t bad really. But, two, I have to remember all the definitions I used. So right here we are going to try and use my CSS defined pullquotes, rather than pasting HTML every time I want to do it.
Right now all ym images are either being hosted on Picasa or Photoshop.com. Did you know Photoshop offered free image hosting? I didn’t either, not until I read an article about it. Who doesn’t love Photoshop? I know I do! Maybe I am an Adobe fanboy. Who’s to say. :)
I am going to be picking up my copy of Wrath of the Lich King tonight at a local Best Buy. And if they try to pull some crap about only having enough for pre-orders I will head over to Wal-Mart. I know the release is big and a lot of people will be buying it . . . but I live in Utah. We aren’t that crowded. At all. :)
I am going to go ahead and publish this post. I will probably revise it if any of the CSS stuff didn’t work. I am also going to be recreating a Blogroll page that is a little easier to navigate, as right now the link at the stop doesn’t go anywhere. I will try and post tomorrow . . . but I can’t promise anything. :)
See you in Northrend!
