Definitely. Now that they added those in the Anvil of Titans, are both solid trinkets to get in. The MoT can last a long time while the Anvil can be used in place of another raiding trinket till you get one. Good suggestion.

trinkets get the Anvil o Titans from 25 wg tokens and 40 emblems o heroism to get Mirror of Truth. Both have a chance on hit to increase melee and ranged attack power by 1000!

@Grosvenor You’re right. This post was written before the new hit cap came to light and what not. I should update the numbers.

According the Hit Rating blog, 197 is the hit cap with 2/3 Focused Aim.

Also, Hit cap isn't it like 250something? it's only 197 with focused aim I thought. and a bit less if you are draenei

A week ago I managed to obtain Realm First Engineer and in that crazy race to 450 I managed to get the mats for the Nesingwary 4000. It has a yellow socket, amazing stats, and matches the dps for heroic level instances at 129.6. Also, the lvl 80 version of the engineering helm, Truesight Ice Blinders, are amazing and will probably last well into T7 content, if not farther. There's also the On-Use 340 haste you can put on your gloves. I also have the benefit of being able to craft my own ammo which always helps cut down on costs. Especially with 200 Mammoth Cutters basically equaling 9g worth of Saronite and Cobalt on my server. Engineering+Mining is very strong for hunters right now.

Yup, that's what I covered in the Combat Ratings post a couple days ago. 197 with Focused Aim. It's a boat load. :)

Hey, for your steady shot, I'm hearing that the Glyph of Steady Shot doesn't stack with the T6 2pc so that might be a good alternative. Esp as MM if you are still speccing that since serpent will always be up. the EJ Hunter DPS Spreadsheet thread has some info on it near page 20ish I think - http://elitistjerks.com/f74/t30710-wotlk_dps_spre... http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42914 - Glyph Link 10% more steady shot dmg while Serpent sting up. Also Grips of the Beast god are listed as BoP and you have them as BoE in your statement =) (Not sure if wowhead is off on them or not as they don't have any known drops)
