So I created http://maliciousdk.blogspot.com in anticipation for Wrath of the Lich King. I figured I would migrate over to it when it hits and chronicle my experience as a Death Knight, as well as share the information about it’s mechanics as I have done here with the Hunter. And while we still have quite a bit of time before WotLK hits, I was thinking maybe creating the other site was all for naught.
So here I am asking for opinions. I have been thinking maybe it would just make more sense to make this blog accommodate my new Death Knight rather than trying to change sites. There are a lot of aesthetic things I did over on the other blog that I really like. For example, the collapsible side menus, the more stylized sub-sections, the Screenshot of the Day, the implementation of Lightbox, etc. And it was all done using free tools through Google and third-party sources.
I have plenty of time to migrate the changes and upgrades to this site if I need to. And from a logistics point of view, it does make more sense.
What do you think? Also, I have been debating whether or not I like the Twitter updates. Keep em or leave ‘em?

I’ll be reading both hunter and DK posts, whether on one site or two. If you do combine both sites, I’d just like it to be easy to sort thru them seperately :) Thanks for helping the restof us learn more about the game!

Keep it all in one blog, we accommodate you talking about your wife’s rogue… why wouldn’t we do the same? (And if someone doesn’t want to know info about how a new class plays, well, they’re the hunters that give us all a bad name…)
Make it easier on yourself, keep it all in one place so you don’t get bogged down in multiple updates. I’m sure you’ll cover all the hunter changes, the growth of your hunter to 80, and the quest to level your DK. I’ll be doing the same thing! How you choose to format it is your choice, I’m all for sprawling uberposts, but that’s how my brain works. =)

I’d say it depends on how much you’re going to spend time on Death Knight and how much you’re going to talk about them. For now, maybe keep it to one blog, and if you think it’s worth expanding in the future, use the other one. Then you can use this blog as a bridge into the other one.
I think it would be best to keep to one site. The main question is whether you would be updating both regularly enough (to keep you satisfied) and how much effort that will take.
I look forward, however, to reading your Death Knight information no matter what blog address it is under.
